My service fees are commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service.
My service fees will be quoted depending on the following:
*complex last minute bookings will incur a higher booking fee as I will need to prioritise your trip

Service fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation of your trip. Thank you for your understanding.
For new bookings from March 2026, 10% cancellation fee applies to cancelled bookings for hotels/cruises/tours/car hire after full payment has been made.
This is in addition to any supplier cancellation fees. This is to cover the time I have spent working on the initial bookings, cancelling arrangements and lost commission.
My service fees are also non-refundable.
