With over 13 years of travel industry experience, I now have my own boutique agency in partnership with TravelManagers Australia.
If you are looking for a cheap bargain type holiday, I'm not the best agent for you. I'm here to help you create a trip that will leave you with amazing memories instead of stress and dodgy hotel rooms.
I live in Coles Bay (TAS) however I work remotely so I can assist you from anywhere in the world. Email and WhatsApp Chat are my preferred ways to keep in touch.

My experience
I started with the Flight Centre Travel Group in 2011 and have worked across Flight Centre, Student Flights, Escape Travel, and Travel Associates brands before starting my own business in partnership with Envoyage in 2022. In 2025 I moved my business to partner with TravelManagers Australia.
I have been lucky enough to travel the world for both work and my own travels (including on tours and cruises) so I bring my own personal travel experience. I also always ask for feedback from clients to further improve my knowledge.
My favourite part of the job: getting to know my clients and hearing about their trip when they get back. Some clients I have been booking for 14 years and I now book their family and friends.

Domestic & New Zealand Bookings
Domestic bookings must have a minimum of $2500 accommodation/trains/cruises booked at the same time as I don't offer flight only bookings within Australia or New Zealand.
Service Fees
I have a non refundable service fee for each booking which is dependent on what the trip is, how many passengers and how many hours are required to quote & service your bookings.
Change fees & cancellation fees may also apply on top of what the airline/cruiseline/tour operator/wholesaler is charging.

Thank you for touching in with me. I arrived back on Saturday, so I’m still feeling a bit tired. Everything went really, really well. You are amazing. I can’t thank you enough. Being a solo traveller was nerve-racking, but your organisation was spot on.
The Halong Bay tour was lovely. Very relaxing and the crew couldn’t do enough for me. The silver service was a bit of a surprise but I enjoyed being spoilt. The accommodation was great in Hoi An. The location was great for a bike ride to the markets which I did twice. I was a bit overwhelmed by the traffic the first time I rode, but I did it anyway. I managed to get to Cham island and to Ba Ha Hills. Cham island I didn’t rate very high but Ba Ha Hills was a great day out.
All in all it was a 10/10 holiday. Thank you so much Alanna

I wanted to write and say thank you for organising the most perfect holiday to Fiji. Everything went to plan and ran smoothly for the whole holiday.
I loved both the Sofitel and Momi Bay and the tours to Castaway and Malamala. Ann came with me to a school and that made my day! The children sang me a song and they loved the artwork that I took over from my class.
